If you would like to dispute information in your report that you think is inaccurate, access My Credit Score, select the “My Credit Score” tab, then select the “File a Dispute” option. You will be sent to the Transunion website, where you can either login using credentials you previously established with Transunion, or register if you do not have a login and password. You must contact a credit bureau directly to dispute an item on your credit report, Investors Bank cannot dispute items on your behalf.
