Pay Direct

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This service allows you to make loan payments on your Investors Bank account once enrolled. Follow a few simple steps indicated below.

                Simply log on to Investorsbank.com, click on the “Personal” tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page, and then click Pay Direct under the list of products
                and services under the “Lending” category. This will take you to the Pay Direct homepage. From there all you need to do is click on the “Get Started” button
                which will take you to the login screen. 
              
               NOTE:
If you are a first-time user, you will need to register and set up your user name and password.  Upon completing this step, for easy access going forward
               remember to bookmark InvestorsBank.com/PayDirect.

To use the Pay Direct service to make on-line payments:
 
  • Enter your payment method information: You will enter your bank account information.
  • Enter the date and payment amount information.
  • Review and submit: You will be given an opportunity to review everything you've entered and change anything if necessary. Then you will submit the payment and receive your confirmation reference ID.
       You will need to enter this information each time you make a payment using the Pay Direct service.
       We recommend that you enroll in Pay Direct service to avoid having to re-key this
       information each time you make a payment.
 

Credit cards payments are not allowed.

Yes. When submitting future payments, select Enter a New Bank Account and enter the required information.

Yes.  Updating your payment method can be found under Profile.   

Payments received after 5pm Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank holiday
will be posted on the next business day.

You cannot cancel your submitted payment.  If you would like to cancel a submitted payment, you must contact the NICE team at the Investors
Bank Client Care Center at 855.iBank4U (855-422-6548).
