If you need assistance setting up or using our digital banking products, please schedule an appointment and select “Online or Mobile Support” as the Appointment Type.
After submitting your appointment request, please be patient until your appointment is confirmed by an Investors Bank employee before arriving at the branch.
Many client requests can be serviced in a safer more efficient manner utilizing channels other than the branch lobbies such as; Online & Mobile Banking, Branch phone call, Call Center, and ATM’s or Drive Ups.
