“I’ve dealt with a good number of lenders to-date in different States and overseas, and William is really one that stands out. For my most recent property purchase in West New York, NJ, I did the typical thing of reaching out to a few lenders first to secure a pre-qual letter. Since I wanted to keep my options open (i.e. investment vs self-living, condo vs single or multi-family house), my situation isn’t exactly a cookie cutter scenario. With a demanding work/travel schedule, the last thing I needed is to be chased by brokers/lenders to fill out an online form with all the missing doc before a pre-qual can be issued. Some still chased me even after I provided all the required docs! William differs from your typical banker/broker. He took the time to schedule a call with me way outside of his biz hour at 9pm. After a short chat, he understood my situation, asked all the relevant questions, and stated that he’d work out a few scenarios for me in case I needed to jump on a property quickly once I see one. Within hours the next day, William came back with not one, but 3 different pq-letters* and never once asked me to complete any online forms (*final credit/loan approval subject to bank’s review).

As soon as I identified a property, I reached out to my usual banker and William, and wanted to know my options of putting this property as personal or under my LLC. William thoroughly and quickly provided an analysis on what he could offer for the two scenarios and restlessly made inquiries from within when I had LLC related finance questions. Whilst my usual banker was still working to win my business, I just knew that I’d be in good hands with William. Where possible during the loan process, he took the initiative of acting on my behalf to help answer many questions from his underwriter and provided docs I previously submitted, then summarized every time only a short list of things that I needed to act upon. My closing was on time and very smooth, which I hugely had William to thank for!

There’s no doubt I’d engage William again for any of my future mortgage needs as he’s very professional, always on top of things, an outside-of-box thinker, and would make this process super easy, efficient, seamless and smooth (and he did for me!!) which is really what I look for from a client experience perspective.”
