Biography

Rebecca has been a Residential Mortgage Professional with Investors Bank since April 2012.  Prior to joining Investors Bank, Rebecca spent 7 years working as a closer for a real estate law firm serving all of New York and New Jersey. As a Loan Officer Assistant. Rebecca worked hard to set the building blocks of the foundation needed to become well-versed in many aspects of the real estate and financial lending industry, and has applied that diverse knowledge to helping hundreds of homeowners through a constantly changing mortgage process. She takes pride in her world class customer service, which is confirmed by the number of customers who come back to Rebecca for a refinance or to purchase a second home.

“Rebecca Haller was my loan officer at Investors Bank. I am going to list a few of her attributes then expand on them. 1. Magnificent. 2. professional. 3. conscientious, 4. personable, 5 great work ethic. I refinanced a loan with investors bank. I was fortunate enough to get Rebecca as my loan officer. One thing that I immediately noticed. She answers her phone. Not one of these mundane answering machine messages and maybe a call back. She is at her desk and available. She also has attention to detail. She went over every number on my closing paperwork, so when the closer cam all I had to do was sign. The whole process took less than ten minutes. Sometimes in life you get lucky. I won the lottery with her. Just a fantastic person to work with. From initial contact to closing was less than ten days. amazing that it went so fast. The nice thing is that she did all of the leg work in closing out my equity loan ad setting up the new one combining that with the home loan at investors. I have used the bank before and always had fast professional service from everyone. But with all of their professional people there is one that sticks out above everyone else in my opinion. That is Rebecca Haller. I would make two recommendations. USE INVESTORS BANK FOR A LOAN. THEIR RATES ARE LOWER THAN I EXPECTED AND THEY KNOW THE BUSINESS. SECOND TRY TO WORK WITH REBECCA HALLER.
