“Miguel Morales reached out to us from Investors as our current mortgage with Investors was about to sunset on the interest rate which would result in and increased rate and high mortgage payment. Miguel proposed a re-fi at a slightly higher rate and lower monthly payment and began 4 month complicated route to our closing tomorrow that Miguel guided and navigated and stayed with the process eventhough we are not borrowers who fit into an easy category or occupation. This is been the most satisfying experience in our many mortgages and properties owned since we bought our first home in 1980.
