“I started working with Kristen Figueroa in 10/17. Me and my wife then decided to postpone our search for another year. She followed with me regularly to see where I was with my search. When we actually found the house we wanted. She was there for me always, returning my calls swiftly and updating me on the process regularly. I can't give a perfect score however as there was a 2 day delay with a mortgage commitment, which was out of Kristen's control, but she did go above and beyond to ensure that it wasn't more than 2 days. Also, 2 weeks away from my closing, the mortgage rate drop by 1/8 of percent. I did call and Kristen informed me that I could by a floater which will allow me take advantage of this drop. I think the bank should have called me and inform me of this option. The drop results in 16k savings over the life of the loan. But overall a terrific experience and Investors had the lowest rate by a good amount when I comparison shopping.”

“If you have a decent enough credit score, their rates are pretty much unbeatable! The best part with Investors Home Mortgage is that if you do a rate lock, there are options to float down your rate to the current mortgage rate at a nominal additional closing cost. Luckily, they had such an offer when I was looking for a loan. They are pretty transparent with their disclosures. Make sure you check their website for their current rates and read the corresponding disclosures carefully. Kristen was our lender and I must say, she was incredible! From the beginning to the end, she made sure I was taken care of. She was available over the phone even after hours, just in case there were questions looming!
