A Letter from our Chairman and CEO

Dear Valued Customers,

The COVID-19 pandemic has roiled financial markets and has upset our daily lives and impacted us in ways never seen before in our history. Here at Investors Bank we are continuously monitoring developments and adjusting to minimize risks to you, our customers, and our employees while ensuring the ongoing operation of the bank.

Following guidance of the CDC and state and local governments, a significant number of our employees are now working from home and are utilizing an array of technology and collaboration tools to ensure that all bank operations are minimally impacted. Employees remaining in our corporate offices and branches are performing essential services and practicing social distancing.

Recognizing our customers are still depending on us for their financial needs and how banks play a crucial role in the economy and our communities - especially during times of uncertainty and extraordinary stress – Investors Bank will remain focused and committed to serving all of your banking needs.

Although we have modified our branch hours and operations, we are still here to serve you.  We remain committed to our customers and are still providing in-person banking services through appointments which can be made by calling your local branch, visiting our website, or calling the NICE Team at our Client Care Center at 855.422.6548.  Our drive-through services remain operational and available to you. To find out the status of your local Investors branch please go here

Should you need to make an appointment and go to a branch, know that we’ve instituted enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols in all branch and office locations which are consistent with per CDC guidance.

Please note that to honor the curfew implemented by the Governor of New Jersey, we’ve temporarily reduced our Client Care Center hours to 8:00AM-7:00PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00AM to 6:00PM Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are a business or commercial customer, we encourage you to reach out to your relationship manager at any time.  We will work with you to build solutions that will meet your banking and treasury management needs.

Amidst the required closures of many businesses and other changes during this turbulent time, we want you to know that Investors Bank has your back. We are here to assist you, whether it’s a fee or payment relief, credit access, or refinancing, we are here to provide you with some peace of mind through these stressful times.  If you’re experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 situation, contact the NICE Team at the Client Care Center for assistance.

As always, our online and mobile banking channels remain available 24/7 for you to do your banking from home or wherever is convenient for you. We want you to utilize these services for your banking needs.  The NICE Team at our client care center are available to help you get going or answer any question you have. Our mobile app is highly rated on the Apple and Google Play stores and you’ll find it a safe, secure and convenient way to accomplish just about all of your banking needs.

I also encourage you to check our website frequently for updates and follow us on our social media channels for the most current information.

Investors Bank has survived through events like the Great Depression, World War II, the aftermath of 9/11, all the way up through the Great Recession of 2008.  Each of these events caused financial uncertainty and market disruptions similar to what we’re seeing today.

Thanks to all of you, Investors Bank is a strong contributor to the growth and health of the New York and New Jersey economies.  Rest assured that we will continue to monitor this situation, react accordingly and remain committed to serving the community. Investors Bank is continuing to operate each day and remains financially strong, well-capitalized and is one of the strongest banks in the country.
We are strong, and we are bold, and we will work through this crisis together. Be Safe.
