Right now, here in the United States and around the globe, all of us are facing an unprecedented challenge. The COVID-19 pandemic remains a threat to each and every one of us. And for the greater good, we need to take this crisis on together. Much like other industries including healthcare, pharmacies, and groceries, Banks provide important services to our communities and are essential to our daily lives. Here at Investors Bank we remain committed to serving you for all your banking needs during this critical time — for however long it lasts. Please know that as a strong and very well-capitalized bank we are in a great position to weather the financial stress caused by necessary actions taken by local, state and federal governments. We’ve stepped up cleaning protocols at all branches and corporate offices as per CDC guidelines. Employees who remain on site are practicing social distancing with limited in-person meetings and travel. While we’ve reduced our branch hours and modified the services provided at different locations, the banking services remain available to our customers. Many of our branches are now drive-thru and ATM only. All in-branch banking is now available by appointment. Our NICE Center has reduced call hours to honor the curfew recently implemented in New Jersey.
