Bi-weekly mortgage payments are available on 10, 15 and 20 year fixed rate mortgages (15/30 Balloon ineligible) Reduce interest rate by .125% for New Jersey, Manhattan, NY, Brooklyn, NY and Queens, NY properties only. Auto debit program and direct deposit into an Investors Bank checking account are required.

**Adjustable Rate Mortgages are variable and may increase or decrease after consummation. ARM Payment Schedules are based on a loan amount of $100,000.00.
If an escrow account is required or requested, the actual monthly payment will also
include amounts for real estate taxes and homeowners insurance premiums.
