Branch Manager

Assistant Branch Manager II

In partnership with the Branch Manager, responsible for the sales, service and operations of the branch. Manages, coaches and leads the CSA line and platform staff in achievement of all sales and service expectations as outlined by the branch production goals and service standards. Assist with the management of the Branch Business Plan, including tracking and monitoring results. Assumes primary responsibility for the branch in the absence of the manager. Is accountable for branch operations, facility management, security, and loss prevention. Opens accounts and cross sells products and services through a profiling system focused on needs based selling skills. A high school education or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of banking experience, (or a combination of advanced degree and experience) of which at least three (3) years have been as a Customer Service Supervisor and Personal Banker. Supervisor or comparable senior operating knowledge, knowledge of the supervisory cash function and the capability of researching cash discrepancies is required. Assistant Customer Service Associate Supervisor

Primarily responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Serve as the face of Investors Bank by exceeding service expectations, while identifying customer needs and appropriately referring bank products and services in accordance with those needs. Services and proves the ATM. Opens and closes the branch. Maintains efficient and accurate control of the vault, bank checks and money orders. Provides support to the CSA positions. A high school education or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years banking experience is required of which one (1) year should have been as a Sr. Teller. A knowledge of the supervisory cash function and the capability to research cash discrepancies is required. Knowledge of office equipment is required. Superior verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Position requires flexibility and willingness to travel to other locations/branches and to adapt to schedule changes during the workday to include evenings, Saturdays, lunch hours and break time. Must be available to attend after hours training as needed. Will be required to lift and carry teller cash box or teller coin bags weighing about 15 pounds.

Personal Banker II

Greets and directs customers to ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service. Using more advanced techniques, meet the financial needs of both the business and consumer clients, while managing the Bank's cost of funds through a new account opening process that focuses on relationship building. Cross sell bank products and services through a consultative needs based selling approach. Assists customers with questions and resolves issues relating to existing accounts and bank products. A high school education or equivalent with at least 3 (three) years in a Customer Service or comparable retail experience is required. A college degree is preferred. Superior verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Marketing Specialist

Assist team in developing marketing strategies, implement marketing initiatives, and to work with lines of business with strategic planning. Confirm objectives for retail, lending (commercial real estate, mortgage and home equity) business deposit and lending (small/medium, centers of influence, municipalities) and gain approval from those lines of businesses. Ensure individual plans support Corporate objectives, i.e., grow core relationships, increase services per household, increase market share. Insuring the Investors Bank brand is correctly used in all communications channels including usage in the branch and exterior signage in accordance with our brand guidelines. Assist team in developing offers for all segments/LOBs and implement in-market. Work with deposit operations on back-end implementation and gain proper signoff. Aid in the design, implementation and tracking of direct response programs, outbound telemarketing programs, traditional and electronic mass media. Ensure Compliance review and adherence. Conduct data queries; pull lists and reports from CRM program for direct response programs and requests from internal stakeholders. Assist team in the creative development of print, radio and Web advertising. Assist team in writing copy for print, radio and Web ads, direct mail, branch merchandising, brochures, and customer communications. Review, edit and/or write special request/branch specific customer letters. Part Time Letter of Credit Associate

Aggressively monitor all Letters of Credit that the Bank has issued and services for other institutions. Monitors the Letters of Credit and Collections Area in relation to: the Issuance, Confirmation, Amendment, Negotiation, Acceptance and Payment of Import / Export and Standby Letters of Credit, processing of Incoming / Outgoing Clean and Documentary Collections, recording and processing of bank -to- bank reimbursements. Performs quality control relative to Letters of Credit associated documentation, debit and credit entries, cashier's checks, wire transfers, documents, correspondence, and computer input of transactions. Responds to inquiries from customers, correspondents and Account Officers. Performs other duties as may be assigned. A high school education or equivalent with at least (3) years of experience with Letters of Credit or commercial lending. Provide sound financial advice to customers by evaluating their financial condition, needs and future goals. Systems Analyst II – Information Technology

Support Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence initiatives through analysis, design and execution, and improve access to business information. This individual will work closely with the MIS Manager and business users to arrive at accurate, cost-effective and actionable reporting solutions. Primarily responsible for designing, developing, maintaining MS/SQL based data warehouse reporting solution. Work with business lines to define requirements for new BI reporting initiatives; analyze, design and implement the requirements. Work with engineering team on assessing/analyzing impact to existing data warehouse and reporting when new web functionality is implemented and make adjustments to the data warehouse/reports on as needed basis. Execution of ad-hoc queries in support of various business functions. Assist MIS Manager in the development of specialized reports and trend analysis. Generate Data warehouse queries and Automate Programs to streamline processing and generate scheduled reports. Bachelors Degree or Banking Certification in a related field. 3-5 years in an Information Technology role dealing with reporting and data warehousing. Experience in programming in PL/SQL is required. 2+ years with hands-on experience with web-based reporting and OLAP tools. Shell script programming. Relational Database design and data warehouse design. Dimensional Modeling. Experience working with ETL tools. Collaborative, consultative approach and the ability to gain confidence of business Associates. Expertise in SQL and SQL query language in an MS environment. Loan Collection Associate

Work with Collection/REO Manager closely to collect and monitor delinquent loans. Corresponds with delinquent borrower’s as needed to collect loan payments. Calls delinquent borrowers as needed to collect loan payments. Monitor promises to pay and follows up if payment is not received. Record borrower’s comments and the loan’s status in the loan servicing system and delinquency system on a daily basis. Prepares Notices of Intention to Foreclose and refers loans to foreclosure attorneys as needed. Works with Fannie Mae workout and loss mitigation departments to resolve borrower’s situations. Monitors FNMA loans on FNMA reporting system. Works with third party servicers to obtain delinquent loan status on SBO loans. Assists in all phases of loan servicing. A high school education with at least 3 years of loan or debt collection experience. Debt or loan collection with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac required. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent follow–up and organizational skills. Must have excellent customer service and telephone skills. Excellent technical and computer skills. Hard worker capable of discharging a high volume of work and a team player.

Client Care Center Supervisor

Lead a team of client servicing professionals to deliver and maintain the highest level of service to the clients of Investors Bank and its internal business partners. Will report directly to the Client Care Center Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the inbound Client Care Center, assuring that all calls are answered within Investors Bank standards of excellence and the client experience is world-class throughout the interaction. Manage and monitor key performance metrics to achieve quality, including speed to answer, abandon rate, first call resolution, efficiency, client satisfaction and hold staff accountable to meet and/or exceed key performance metrics. Motivate, coach for success and improvement, and retain staff through rewards, recognition, and incentive plans. Ability to drive performance and change in a challenging and fast-paced environment, solve conflict management, analytical skills and high energy. Manage all escalated calls from Client Care staff to ensure client satisfaction, resolving any escalated issues to the satisfaction of the client. Maintain VRU recorded announcement menus, making changes as necessary to reflect changes in the Client Care Center's operation. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required. Supervisory experience, Call or Contact Center experience, 5+ years minimum. Banking experience a plus.
