• Your customers send their check or credit card payment to a designated Post Office Box. Investors will empty these boxes multiple times per day.
• Upon receipt, your checks and invoices are prepared for automated check image and remittance voucher capture according to your instructions.
• Data from the MICR line of the check and OCR scan line (if applicable) is captured for your reports and/or file transmission.
• Images of both accepted and exception payments are made available for your review online.
• Exception items are reinserted in the day’s work as directed or returned to you as unprocessed.
• Your funds are deposited same day, with accelerated availability.
• Through data transmission, Investors can update your accounts receivables! We will also provide detailed reports of your daily
